Follow the outdoor staircase from the main level deck or walk down the pebble rock steps to the large screened-in lower level deck. This level offers an outdoor dining area with ample seating, perfect for entertaining.
Open the sliding glass doors to the game room and wet bar. The game room offers an interchangeable game table (air hockey, ping pong and dining table), board games, corn hole, large 65” flat screen smart TV, along with a well appointed wet bar, mini-fridge, ice maker, microwave and keurig.
Relax in the 6 person hot tub or unwind on the full sized swing bed by the wood-burning stone fireplace all while enjoying the mesmerizing mountain views.
Open the glass door to the private entrance of the third guest bedroom offering the comforts of a king size bed and premium bedding. Stop for a photo op at the faux grass wall with the Boujee Lodge neon sign. Also located on this level is the spacious third full bathroom filled with stylish details and a walk-in shower.
Note: The lower level is ONLY accessible by the outdoor staircase or pebble rock stairs located on both sides of the cabin (NO interior staircase).

- QUIET TIME - Please enjoy the outdoor space but no loud noises or music between the hours, 11 PM – 8 AM.
- NO FIREWORKS OR FIREARMS - If you carry, please lock firearms in vehicle during your stay.
- CHILDREN - Please be mindful that this cabin is NOT childproof. Parents and Guest(s) will ALWAYS supervise their children at ALL times, both indoors and outdoors, especially in and around the hot tub, fireplaces, fire pit, and stairs.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Guest receives a 97% refund, (minus the service fee) if the cancellation occurs at least 30 days prior to the arrival date. Guest receives a 47% refund, (minus the service fee) if the cancellation occurs at least 15 days prior to the arrival date. No refunds within 7 days of the arrival date.
