House Rules
- NO SMOKING
- AGE – Minimum age of 25 years old to book. Photo ID required and must match the individuals name that is booking.
- NO PARTIES – Large group parties or events are not allowed.
- NO PETS
- GUESTS – No more than six (6) guests allowed overnight.
- QUIET TIME – Please enjoy the outdoor space but no loud noises or music between the hours, 11 PM – 8 AM.
- NO FIREWORKS OR FIREARMS – If you carry, please lock firearms in vehicle during your stay.
- CHILDREN – Please be mindful that this cabin is NOT childproof. Parents and Guest(s) will ALWAYS supervise their children at ALL times, both indoors and outdoors, especially in and around the hot tub, fireplaces, fire pit, and stairs.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Guest receives a 100% refund, minus the 3% service fee if the cancellation occurs at least 30 days prior to the arrival date. Guest receives a 50% refund, minus the 3% service fee if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days prior to the arrival date. No refunds within 14 days of the arrival date*.
*We highly recommend guests purchase Travel Insurance; option provided at checkout.

What are the nearest airports to Boujee Lodge?
ATL: Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International – 112 miles

Are the roads easily accessible to Boujee Lodge?
Paved roads will lead you to the flat gravel driveway, 4-wheel drive is not needed. Easily accessible in all cars, trucks, vans and will allow for small trailers or a RV.
What are some things to do in the Blue Ridge, GA area?
Boujee Lodge is centrally located between Blue Ridge and McCaysville. Â You will be near many adventurous outdoor activities which include; hiking, mountain biking, trout fishing, tubing, white water rafting, zip lining and lets not forget Lake Blue Ridge where you can rent a pontoon boat for the day, relax and take in the spectacular scenery!

I have a special celebration. Can you make provisions for an event?
If you are celebrating a special event, we can help you do so with ease. We will arrange for various extra care services which include grocery shopping, flower and balloon arrangements, chocolates, charcuterie board, wine or champagne and more! All of which will be delivered to the cabin and set up prior to your arrival. Please do not hesitate to inquire!
